Benefits Orientation for New Employees Jenise designed and developed a one-hour, medical and dental benefits orientation course for new employees (approximately 300+ per year). 401(k) Orientation for New Employees We converted a two-hour, in-person Orientation program into a one-hour online course for new employees (approximately 300+ per year). The course ensured that all employees received the same information no matter their U.S. location. Jenise designed the content and assessments, based on an idea in one of Michael Allen's books. The content focused on a non-linear navigation, and a conversational tone. The initial ToolBook development work was done by Jenise's talented colleague Steve Johnson while she and the SMEs refined the design, and then she annually maintained and revised the ToolBook TBK.
