Health Care Practitioners' Course: Bipolar Disorder

This course is 90 minutes in duration. The target audience is pediatric nurse practitioners. My client's client won a training grant. My client compiled the custom photography and voice-over narration. I followed the storyboard and developed the course in Presenter '09. I created one Flash SWF and several Engage interactions, and incorporated images from online stock-photo sites. Click the image on the left to view the course. Demo: Flash SWFs Scenarios in Quizmaker '09

This demo shows the effectiveness of placing a business simulation directly on the quiz question screens. The learner reviews the scenario, makes a decision, and receives immediate and intrinsic feedback. Jenise created the scenarios in Adobe Flash and imported the SWFs into Quizmaker '09. Benefits Orientation for New Employees

Jenise designed and developed a one-hour, medical and dental benefits orientation course for new employees (approximately 300+ per year). This online course takes new employees step-by-step through the online enrollment process, and also answers their most frequently asked questions regarding their medical, dental, and other benefits. Put on your headphones or earbuds as this three-question quiz has audio. The sample demonstrates a basic quiz with static images and voice-over instructions. Sample Circle Diagram: Demo of Engage Interaction

To demonstrate how the Articulate Engage Circle Diagram interaction works, I created a tongue-in-cheek sample. This sample spotlights felines who have attained Cat Philosophy enlightenment. As you click on various parts of the circle, they share their words of feline wisdom to their younger counterparts. This task demonstration shows the learner how to save an Excel data file to Comma Separated Values (*.csv) format. The client developed a Web-based administration system for back office staff used to a paper-based environment. The tutorial was to be imported into the Web application's online Help.
